"They asked me to pay thru points instead of cash. I said ok. They then added membership worth 200 points without letting me know. The OTP received does not show the total points that will be deducted. I suspected something fishy because of the guy's behaviour and asked them to remove extra stuff added in bill and paid with UPI so that I could see exact amount for transaction. In my opinion, this amounts to fraud ."
